What we do for you

We work with you to round off your product range to create complete and customised solutions for your customers. To do this, we work with you to analyse your target customers, your sales funnel on the way to your customers, their buying experience and your customer contracts or the contracts and performance of your sales agents or distribution channels – both offline and online. We work with you to evaluate how you currently collect market and customer information and what information you should systematically collect in future and in what form. We coach your sales team and ensure the introduction of CRM systems with your IT and sales team.

Commercial agents in accordance with the European Directive and Section 95 of the German Commercial Code (HGB), indirect sales with distributors, key account management in B2B and to chain stores or discounters, own store management or franchising, direct sales also with multi-level, licensing as a sales surrogate, online sales via Google, Meta, CRM, influencers, YouTube, TikTok, platforms (e.g. Amazon, Otto, Zalando etc) – we are familiar with offline and online sales and understand multichannel.

We provide advice on reorganising the sales structure. Together with your sales staff, we calculate your orders for contribution margin I and II before and after: No healthy business model without healthy unit economics. If necessary, we will work with you to negotiate new contracts with your customers.

At your request, we can also take on operational responsibility in sales – from implementing measures to change the sales structure, identifying and developing new sales and trading partners to trade fair visits, CRM, performance marketing coaching and temporary key account management.

Targeted approach

Our interim management mandates always include special sales tasks: corporate finance mandates often require an assessment of sales opportunities and optimisation potential. Building on strategy mandates, we take on sales tasks for our clients with a focus on B2B industries; in addition, public organisations from the tourism sector request our operational project management in sales.
