You are a shareholder in a company, external capital requirements and/or negative cash flow are accompanied by numerous small and large problems. You want or need to strengthen your management in order to cope with the time pressure and the many tasks that need to be managed in parallel.
What we do for you
Our management team has many years of top management experience in special situations. We work on an interdisciplinary basis and generally take on tasks as a team: CEO/CFO/CRO/CSO, expertise in finance, performance restructuring and optimisation (purchasing, sales, logistics and production, controlling, R&D, HR, IT), strategy from a single source.
For specialised issues such as law, taxes, special operational measures and other specific questions, we have often worked with experts known to us as well as with our clients’ experts in our network. You can involve these experts with us – only if necessary and customised to the individual case – or we work in a team with experts provided by the client. As a team, we are exceptionally fast, especially in the first few weeks of a mandate, and can develop comprehensive action plans together with our clients and implement key measures from day one.

With around 150 years of consulting and management experience as a team, we have seen and solved a lot. We stand by our commitment: in practically all management assignments, we are also remunerated or rewarded in a target-oriented manner.
Who works with us?
Almost without exception, our clients for management tasks are shareholders of companies who are looking for quick and correct action in very complicated situations. The time horizon of our mandates ranges from around six months to 18 months, in exceptional cases also part-time to ensure the implementation of measures.
